All our sandals are gender neutral. Designs are made to suit any gender.

What are the materials used for your products?
Our sandals are all carefully handcrafted by artisan shoemakers. We only use premium quality materials such as cow leather and rubber sole.
Where is your factory located?
All our products are handmade in the Shoe Capital of the Philippines- Marikina City.
How long have you been in the shoe-making industry?
We have been manufacturing different types of footwear for different shops for about 4 decades already .
We do children’s sandals, rubber slippers and leather shoes.
This year, we introduce our very own brand of Leather Sandals- RAMIR, under the same company- Ramir Shoe Manufacturing.
How much does each pair cost?
Our premium quality leather sandals are reasonably priced from PHP 1450 to PHP 3450.

How much is the shipping fee?
We ship our products thru Lalamove or LBC courier.
Lalamove: Metro Manila: within the day or next day | P 100 +
LBC: Metro Manila: 2-4 business days | P 250+
LBC: Luzon: 3-5 days | P 300+
LBC: Visayas and Mindanao: 5-7 business days | P 350 +

For orders above PHP 4000, we offer FREE SHIPPING.
What is your return/refund policy?
Before we ship out our products, we always make sure that they’re of great quality, and in correct sizes, colours and styles.
Just in case you received items that are damaged or in wrong size/ colour/ style, you may coordinate with us thru FB or Viber within three (5) days of delivery date. We will gladly replace unused products in complete packaging. Shipping charges may apply and will be of your responsibility.
Once orders have been placed and confirmed, there will be no refund.
All sale items are final. For safety of our clients, we're not accepting RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS until further notice.
